every time I see this video I lol, it's become legendary among my friends.
Whenever any one of us are driving and dust someone off of a stoplight or get the drop on them, one of us does the strange Japanese guy's "EEEEHHHH HEH HEHEHEHEHEHE!" laugh and the other one narrates "hayaku go gakkuspossuzu, IMPREZAYUSHO!!!!!"
